This is probably one of the longest projects I have been working on. I got the idea to make this and couldn't wait to make it >u<! Haseo and Atoli are my favorite anime couple of all time!!! (Well more like video game and manga... but whatever XD)
So far Atoli has come along nicely. I already attached her little wings and hair, so she is finished as far as constructing goes. I'll still need to paint her. She looks like she is about to tumble backwards, but don't worry, I assure you that she is very stable (even without her wings hold her up in the back).
Haseo will be a bit more of a battle to make. The clay I have been working with is very soft which has it's ups and downs. The upside is that the clay is very easy to sculpt and work with.... The bad part being that he is a bit flimsy and can fall backwards xD That is why I am using an already finished sculpture (Pooh Bear) to hold him up. He has gotten a bit firmer today. He could probably sit up on his own, but I rather be safe than sorry and give him another day for the clay to get tougher. I am contemplating taking his back arm off and putting wire in it to assure that he stands up... But I don't want to ruin his beautiful arm >>; I'll see what tomorrow brings and then decide what I'll do.

Anyway, I thought it might be interesting to post some of the process that I go through to make my figures... Even though I skipped a few steps >>; Sorry.

It'll probably take me a while since it's my first time making two chibis at the same time interacting with each other, but I will be sure to post the result when it's done :D!
